A Level III Inspection is intended to detect structural damage or problems in the chimney’s concealed areas. A Level III Inspection is usually required if your home has been damaged by a chimney fire or a severe storm. This could include lightning strikes, high winds, and earthquakes. If we are unable to determine the safety of the system during a Level II inspection, the technician will recommend a Level III inspection.
