Located in the heart of Jersey City, Safe Roads Driving School has three simple goals. And that is to lead by example, provide stellar service, and ensure the right to a comprehensive driver's education. Together we can make every road a safer road.
Our First Time Driver curriculum is both adaptive and in line with the NJ Drivers Manual. It depends on the students current understanding of the road, vehicle operation, and mentality. Our First Time Driver Curriculum includes all safety fundamentals covered in the NJ Drivers Manual, such as: -Understanding of all Driving Apparatuses Uses and How to Read Dashboard Gauges -Driving Wheel Signals/Controls/Mirrors/Vehicle Lights and Dashboard -Understanding of Speed Limits and Controlling your Speed -Road Sign in Practice -Moving in Drive While Idle, Navigating Local Roads -Steering, Accelerating, Stopping on Local Freeways and Roads -Navigating Local Turns, Curves, and Intersections. Depending on the students kill level a 2 driving session might not be a suitable amount of time for a First Time Driver. At the end of the session the student/parent and Driving Instructor will reassess and decide if more sessions are needed. We service Jersey City and the surrounding areas. #JerseyCity
